⬩ These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.
⬩If you do file an unauthorized chargeback under false circumstances and failing to follow these rules, you will be blacklisted to ever do business with me again.
⬩If the client wants something specific (Expression / background / pose /etc.), it must be specified in the commission request.
⬩I have the right to decline any commission without question.
⬩I may publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise.
⬩Commissions are made in the order they were paid. You can access the “Waiting List” to find out how the order process is going.
⬩Completion time may vary between 2-3 weeks to a month, starting from when I send the sketch.
⬩The accepted payment methods are PayPal, Ko-Fi or Nequi.
⬩I don’t begin to work until 100% of the total must be paid. Also it can be 50% first and the other 50% before I deliver the finished product.
⬩Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.
⬩Additional characters in a single commission order are +100% of the base price.
⬩ Complex background may increase the final price on a certain percent.
⬩I will charge double the price for commercial usage. Keep in mind that all these rights come with the understanding I will still be credited for the commissioned art piece.
⬩Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.
⬩Commission base prices are per character, not background. If a background has not been specified or paid for it (If required according to its complexity), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background.
⬩A full refund will only be made if work has not been started. If the work was started but is not completed, the refund will be partial to the amount worked.
⬩If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.
⬩All completed commissions are non-refundable. Make changes to the drawing once it is finished (For reasons not related to a mistake made by me ‘Maria Celis’), it will only be possible with an extra payment.
⬩REVISION FEE = Free revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per revision.
⬩RUSH FEE = If you need the commission to be finished within a short time (generally under 1 week). We will discuss the fee.
⬩ I retain the rights to every image I produce.
⬩Finished commissions will be put into my social media unless otherwise specified, also may be used as examples or listed in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.
⬩Finished commissions may be posted to others websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.
⬩The final product is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If your commission is for commercial use, the price will be doubled and it’s mandatory to credit me.
⬩Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.
⬩My clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT. Doing so is in violation of these terms.
⬩You are allowed to use your commission to promote yourself, with proper credit to the artist.
⬩Sketching – I will send the initial sketch, and we will discuss it. If you must request changes, I ask you to do it at this phase. I may send several sketches until we both agree with how it looks. In this stage, I will accept major revisions (ex: changing overall pose, color mood, or background).
⬩Rendering – I will finalize the sketch into finished illustration. It may take up to 2-3 weeks to a month to finish. This may depend on mood, health, family, or IRL issues. Only commission me if you’re willing to wait.
⬩Finished – Final rendering result. In this stage, I will only accept minor revisions (ex: small things I have missed, changing eye color, etc.). Finished pieces will be sent via Google Drive link in full resolution and without my watermark.
